HOUSE RULES: ○ No smoking permitted, a $500 cleaning fee if evidence of smoke is discovered ○ No pets - ESA and Service Animals must be registered/approved by property manager ○ Bookings within 24 hours of check-in will require driver's license prior to check-in ○ Local guests please contact me prior to booking. ○ Minimum age of primary guest checking in must be 25 ○ No unauthorized guests or visitors CANCELLATION POLICY: ○ Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that. ○ We strongly recommend purchasing a separate travel protection policy to cover any refund requests outside the above cancellation rules. We also provide travel insurance through Oasis Vacation Rentals website. HURRICANE / TROPICAL STORM CANCELLATION POLICY No refunds will be given unless: ○ The National Weather Service issues a mandatory evacuation of the Florida Keys, including Key Largo, Florida, due to it falling within a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area. If a mandatory evacuation is issued, the following refunds will apply: ○ A pro-rated refund of any unused portion of rent for guests currently registered who choose to leave early. ○ A pro-rated refund of any unused portion of rent for guests scheduled to arrive, who decide to shorten their stay and come after the warning is lifted. ○ A full refund of advance deposits for reservations scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period.
